Hope so! Want to help more than schools allow me to. Later I will start advertising more and hopefully more people will come use it all. But first need more content I think.

The first thing is to let more students know this forum and help them to register.We chinese students are not used to communication in english, especially those whose english is not good like me.
I think there should be someone who can encourage chinese students to be used to communication in english.
The obstacle is how they can step the first step.

Yeah, it’s what I”m trying to think of now… I think first I want to get more content on the site so it’s a little more useful then I will advertise to more Universities in Beijing and other places online and hopefully find some people that way. NEed to find students who really like English, just not sure where to find them yet haha

Doing something meaningful is good of course,but not enough for the business. Maybe you can make some business cards to distribute them to the students to invite them to drop by your cafe. I believe even the people who dislike English are ware of the importance of English.They will encourage their friends, colleges and children to learn English although English is too hard to learn well for them. Persistence and patience are very important at the beginning of a business. Some marketing methods are also important. You said you were a shy person, so I think you will have to go against the hair to become more exocentic for your business.

I used to be shy, i think probably not really so shy anymore haha teaching helped me stop being shy. But yeah I need to start doing marketing, but I think better to get the site working well and have more content before I do marketing to all the students. So that’s my plan right now, make content and fill the site with more useful things then start marketing for the new school year I think.
